Chinese Applicants

Before interviewing with a member of our office, applicants who are Chinese citizens must submit a minimum SSAT* score of 70th percentile and a TOEFL score of 95 or a Duolingo score of 115 along with the application. Please note that our office does not use or accept TOEFL's MyBest score to evaluate an applicant.

*Applicants to Grades 7-10 should take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). When registering for the SSAT please include the code for SBS (7510). Our office also accepts the ISEE.

 

Applicants to Grade 11 and 12 should submit a PSAT, PreACT, ACT, or SAT score report. Please note that applicants entering 11th grade do have the option of taking the SSAT and we will accept those scores if the PSAT, ACT, or SAT are not available.
